Like you, I’ve always deeply known that I was meant for more in life and especially in work.
I’ve always wanted to find work that I found fulfilling but I had one glaring problem… I didn’t even know what I wanted to do.
I felt stuck for years, not only afraid that I would have to keep doing soul-sucking work forever but having to rely on that draining, lifeless work to survive.
I didn’t know if it was even possible to find work that I would actually enjoy, let alone feel fulfilled by. And with no understanding of what I would even like to do, these fears were all-consuming.
It’s because of this experience that I believe that truly knowing yourself is the key to a fulfilling life. After all, how can you have anything you want if you don’t know what you want?
After coming out on the other end, I wanted to help women just like you, figure out what they want, so that they too can begin working toward creating a life that they truly want to live.
My story is meant to inspire you to practice radical self-discovery, and to use your experiences as a way to propel you toward your own happiness.
It’s not a journey that ever ends, but I would love to help you along the way.
What should I do if I don’t know what to do?
After a decade-long self-discovery journey of my own, and working with clients to help them gain clarity on what they want out of life, I’ve come to realize that every day not only shapes and changes what you want over time, but that you can find hints in your experiences about what you want.
In my time doing this work, I’ve realized that there are two key areas that are essential in the process of figuring out what you want: Self-Understanding and Thought-Awareness.
By building habits in these areas, you will create the foundation that you need to not only learn what you want, but be able to keep up with the changes in what you want over time.
